I am Alex Benton, a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (LIC# 1738) in Goldsboro, NC. I am not just a therapist, but a dedicated professional who graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Program at Johnston Community College in Smithfield, NC, in 2024. My dedication to this craft is unwavering, and I am committed to providing the best possible service to my clients. 

I am passionate about being able to move my body well and pain-free, and I want the same for you.

I have years of experience in weightlifting, CrossFit, and other sports. I am well aware of what our bodies can endure and the type of recovery that keeps us at our best! 

My utmost goal is to provide client-focused massage therapy. I am a therapist and a listener who understands your unique needs. I tailor every treatment to meet those needs, ensuring the best possible outcome. I do this in a friendly, professional manner within a safe, clean, and inviting setting.
